Heartbreaker.
It is a word to describe the regular season's end for the volleyball team, as a 3-2 loss this morning to Kalamazoo dampened the spirits of an ever-improving team.
Just like last Saturday, the team battled back to play five sets. But on Oct. 24 they fell to Adrian, and today, Kalamazoo.
It must have been a tough morning for the women. They played three sets less than 24-hours before.
In that often even match, the Olivet Comets faced the Hope Dutch Oct. 30, a team ranked 11 by the American Volleyball Coaches Association.
The Comets lost in three sets to the Dutch, but served up strong beginning plays in each set.
