Women’s Board offering annual scholarship

While the Women’s Board of Olivet College has been around since 1859, scholarships were a later addition to the group’s mission. But, since 1935, scholarships have been the focus and work of the membership, with more than $250,000 given to qualified Olivet College students over the years.

The one-page scholarship application is now available and students have until March 5 to complete the form. Requirements are listed on the application. Scholarship amounts vary each year.

Funds for the scholarship come mostly through the Women’s Board thrift shop, the Oak Chest, located in Olivet and staffed by volunteers.
